My window was from 8 to 9 AM for arrival. They arrived at 9:18 AM after I called. I was told they were running a little behind. They then called me back and said they were on their way but were stopping for drinks. I told them my PODS container pick up window was from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM so I needed to have the container full by then. They assured me it would be done. They arrived and weren't dressed as professionally as expected. They apologized for being late and got started right away. They were nice and I gave them each a bottle of water and $10 tip each. Overall, they did a good job and filled up my container on time, but I would've appreciated a phone call if they were going to be late.

Move Pros did an excellent job. I had Jarelle, Jose, and CJ. These guys worked their butts off for me and we’re very respectful of my property. We actually had a good time with them and they made this move a fun one. I would use these guys over and over again with any move.

Hiring Helper was easy to use and efficient! The workers came on time and ready to work.
I hired 3 guys for 6 hours. Which, now I know was to long. They got tired and careless towards the end. I even bought them pizza for lunch. Some of my furniture was damaged and Im still waiting for the claim to be processed. Overall, hire helper was a good choice. I just wont hire anyone for over 3-4 hours at a time.
