Nick's and scratches on nearly every piece of furniture. Upon delivery to our new house the movers thought the screws were lost or missing. Turned out another crew who moved us out of our old house put the screws in his tool box. I ended up moving around some of the furniture to speed things up. Called one of the supervisors and she was very rude. When my wife tried to find out when someone would come finish assembling the bed where the screws were lost we could not get a definitive answer because she didn't know the schedule. Told my wife she should come run the business of she thought she could do better. Absolute nightmare dealing with this company.

Nick and Jesse did an excellent job and were nice as well. We are new to San Antonio and they even helped out with some areas to avoid for traffic. I had no issues with any of my furniture and they put everything where we needed it to go. Thank you all!!

Mixes feelings about movers. One was very courteous, they both worked hard. One complained about us moving on Mother's Day. Those were the first words out of his mouth and he made the comment several times throughout the 2 hours. He also made several comments about how we had so many boxes in a complaining manner. The other mover was kind and ready to work. They arrived on time. I had a different mover scheduled for my move-in the next day in a different city and would choose Go2Movers over Move Pros.

Nick and Jessie from mover pros were excellent. I am a professional mover and i use hire a helper alot and these two guys were the best. They were so professional and did an incredible job of loading my truck. I can't praise them enough.

They did not know what they were doing. They tilted an antique China Cabinet and one of the drawers fell out. When it hit the floor the face plate cracked in half. The cabinet was purchased in Italy 30 years ago. Before they even started to move it they were told to be extra careful with it. If they knew what they were doing they would have taken the drawers out first. I would not recommend them

The guys were nice and respectful, however it was obvious when they were done they didn't know what they were doing! The reason I hired them in the first place is I had an appendectomy and was on weight restrictions, so the goal was to hire a company that actually knew what they were doing and simply put these young men did not now how to properly load a Pod! Pods showed up to pick up the Pod and as soon as they lifted it you could hear a crash the load had fallen over, so I had to have Pods leave reschedule for a week later and unload and reload the Pod with just me and my wife, doing this we were able to get 30% more in the Pod and create a much tighter load.
