Love these guys! We used them on two separate occasions and both times the crew was friendly, respectful and on time. With our second move, they came out on a Sunday with short notice and while I'm sure it may not have been ideal for them, we would never have known it since they were just as friendly as if it had been planned well in advance. We hired 4 guys for 4 hours and we only ended up using them for a little over 2 hours and got a refund for time not used. They put our furniture together, had their own tools and we very very satisfied. USE THESE GUYS!

Very friendly, good attitudes. Kelly is awesome and worked with us when we ran into a problems with UHaul not having our reserved truck available. My only complaint was it took them longer to move my mother's 2 bedrooms and living room them our last move of my ENTIRE 4 bedroom house. I also do not feel we should have had to tell them to cushion the wood against the metal dolly. Being an experienced mover they should have know.

Don't use this company if you care about your furniture. Rented 30 pads, they never used one. My furniture was scratched, dented, and broken. I called Hire a Helpet they told me it was not there problem, call the company that took the job. Called them no help.

Two issues: 1) The movers didn't seem to realize that when you pack a truck heavy boxes go on the bottom and light boxes go on top. Really? That is moving 101. Crushed multiple boxes filled with delicate/glass items. 2) They scratched the floor multiple places. I called the company and they sent a repairman. I thought he was just going to assess the damage. We wanted cash in-lieu because it is a rental house and that is what the owners wanted but the company does not offer it if they can "repair" the damage. Their "repair" was to color the floor with a stain marker. He did a terrible job of it as well. Very disappointed overall. I will never use them again.

The guys who came were awesome! They were fast but cautious And kind. I had just had a stroke before moving and this completely removed the stress of getting my household items in place! Thanks so much!
