The guys who helped me move out of my apartment were awesome. The elevator shut down on them right and the beginning- they never once flinched, and continued bring my items down the three stories. On time. Worked hard. My only complaint was they attached the headboard of King bed wrong and didn't tell us that there was a problem. Now headboard can't be removed or used as is.

They called you to let us know when they would be arriving which was helpful. They offloaded A 16 foot budget rent-a-truck, which was packed to the gills! They were courteous; introducing themselves upon arrival and placing covering on the wood flooring and around the door where the items were to enter the house. The truck was offloaded in under an hour and I use the last 10 minutes to have them do some placements of items inside the house. I got the feeling they were hoping to leave as soon as the truck was unloaded but since the cost was over $200 for the one hour, I wanted to get the most out of the workers while I had them. (Plus the workers mentioned before they started, that tips are not required but appreciated, so I knew that would be and additional cost to the $200+) I would have given them five stars, however, they ran a piece of furniture into the hallway door jam which will now have to be fixed, requiring additional resources of time/money/hassle. In their defence the hallway is narrow with a sharp turn. Disappointing just the same. I also did not like being required to sign a disclaimer before they would begin work which said any damage would be paid for at $.30 per pound! I didn't bother transporting anything that was only valued at $.30 per pound! ( thank goodness nothing fell off the truck or was dropped!!) Their speed and courtesy added to the value of using this company. I would recommend them and will more than likely use them on the next phase of my move in a few months.
