This crew came on time, with the team leader coming early. They did a walk through and clearly worked off a plan. They worked hard, but threw off my schedule for the day when they took too long for lunch (my only criticism). The team leader really knew his stuff and packed things very well. He was also training the younger men. They were respectful of me and our property.

At the last minute, U-Haul told us they had no large trucks available, so we ended up with one 30% smaller. Mike, M2, and Jose from Mach 1 Moving arrived and said they would make every bit of space count. In just two hours, they loaded a 20' truck to the brim with twice as much stuff as I would have believed could fit in a truck that size. They were amazing, and worth every penny.

The mach 1 team were fantastic. They moved a total of four 16 ft containers fast and efficiently. 2 containers one day and then when delivered the other two. The guys were very nice and responsive to what we requested. No complaining even though it was horribly hot and we have two stairways just to get to our two story house. Mach 1 was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. I had difficulties with PODS and as a result, needed to reschedule the movers several times. Mike was consistently patient and helpful. Despite my schedule changes, the movers themselves were prompt. They efficiently and carefully loaded everything for me. They were a real pleasure to work with. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
