Great job, good communication, arrived on time... were very low maintenance - I gave them the run-down in the morning and they handled it. The only thing hiccup was that I had asked on the phone earlier that week if they would have rope with them I could purchase, and they said yes... when they arrived they had run out after a long week of moving, so I had to run out and buy some on the fly. Which was fine, but I would've loved to have known in advance and had it there beforehand. Would totally use them again - super nice guys, super respectful.

Mike, his son, and their team were wonderful. We had a complex job. Started with packing one 16' POD for long term storage and one 20' Uhaul for short term. I bought a lot of boxes via Amazon. Mike realized pretty quickly we were in trouble, and at his recommendation we ordered a second POD and Uhaul. He extended his crew another day, got a couple others to help and we got the job done. The crew were great packers, very efficient and he was supervising closely to ensure things were packed safely and his crew didn't get hurt moving big pieces. He sent me to get more boxes well before we ran out, and he had excellent judgement on quantity and type. Very respectful crew that I enjoyed working with for two full days. I would definitely use them again.

The movers were on time and initially friendly. I had a storage POD delivered to an apt. complex and unfortunately there were not many locations where the POD could be placed within the complex. I did have the POD placed as close to my unit as possible but some walking was required by the movers. The lead mover in particular complained about this several times and how it was taking up too much time to walk, and it was then difficult to go up stairs. The job was going to go over one hour and the lead mover insisted I pay for that hour before they continued which was fine, but it was his attitude in general that was unprofessional overall.

Douglas and Michael were extremely helpful. Very courteous and professional. Hard working and really knew had expertise in knowing how to load the Big Boxes. We were extremely grateful. So nice to see hard-working young people. We would absolutely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
