Robert and Roberto were wonderful. On time, worked very hard and not a scratch on anything. If these two are typical of the staff, I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I would not hire them again nor recommend them. Two of the four guys were helpful but the over all experience was not good. The owner Michael, was not a nice guy and spoke unkind words about our furniture, even though most of it is fine wood furniture. They shoved stuff around and put marks on our metal door jams. They moved too fast and did not pay much attention to our furniture. One guy threw the furniture dolly down on our real wood floors like it was a concrete floor and threw a weight I had on our tile and wood and scratched it. A very bazaar experience. They seemed to not have any idea of how to treat furniture. Michael was rude and not nice when onsite. I don't recall him even introducing himself. I would not hire them again. Even the movers here in Colorado were surprised a how the truck was loaded.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
