they showed up 45 minutes late and left half an hour early. forgot to put several items in the pod that were clearly pointed out. hassled us on getting out early even though there was half an hour to go refused to pack any more items even though there was room in the pod. I heard them talking to their boss and they were short two people so I assume they were covering for the next job.

these guys were awesome. two showed up on time, they did not complain over a difficult situation...ie....moving truck in the center lane of street, into an elevator, during the day with others occasionally using the elevator...they were pleasant, efficient and helpful. They completed the job - a 20 foot truck in 3 hours. I would highly recommend Mach 1 Moving. I have used them 3 times in my personal moves and 1 time for a business move.

These guys, Mike and his son, Mike, did a fantastic job on my move!! They were courteous, professional, respectful and flexible. On the night before my move I needed to change the meeting location and they accommodated me, no questions asked. I would highly recommend these helpers!!

They were available for me to give them a window to come on Thanksgiving. They came a little early, ready to go. These two men worked very hard for two hours, placing heavy furniture just where we needed it. Mike showed concern for a breakable hutch when he heard noise coming from the inside - but it was fine. We were very impressed with their strength and speed. We would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
