The two workers from Mach 1 were great. They were on time, prepared to do the job and worked really hard without any delays or rest periods. They were respectful of my property and placed everything where I asked them to - they showed no sign of displeasure when I asked them to change the first locations (my choice) of the bed and the desk. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

My request was submitted less than 24 hours before the job I needed help with. I received an immediate confirmation that Mach 1 Moving would do the job. On the morning of my move the crew boss called ahead to tell me when they would arrive. They were right on time. They all introduced themselves to me. We consulted about my moving requirements- a very fragile piece of furniture. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.

We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
