Douglas and Robert were fantasic. Highly recommend this company. They were on time. They worked very hard and came with their own equipment to put items together. Extremely helpful. They unloaded my entire POD very fast and put together my dining room and king bed.

The two gentlemen that arrived on time and had my portable moving unit repacked and safely secured in less than two hours. They respected my property and asked if there was anything else I would like help with. When I have sold my house and have my Unit transferred to a long distance mover, I plan to hire Mach1moving again.

These guys are great! They showed up on time, maybe even a few minutes early. I showed them every thing we had to pack and was told to "sit back and relax" while they took care of it. They worked hard and mentioned they took into consideration that my move was cross country when they placed things in my POD, so they made sure there wasn't room for a lot of shifting in the travel. I scheduled them for three hours and they had it all done in less than 2 1/2 hours. I would use them again, if I wasn't leaving San Diego, but would definitely recommend to any one in the SD area.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
