Alvin and Daniel were amazing. They arrived right on time. We did a brief tour of the house and the POD and this is where they worked their magic. They fit what was equivalent to 3 room house into a 16-foot container. They knew how to pack things so they would be properly balance and filled every inch of space. We will be moving again in 3 mos. into our new home and we are going to request these two men from Mach 1 Moving. Thank you for making our life so much easier during such a stressful time!

They were a few minutes early and called to say they were on the way? It was perfect timing. We walked through the the apt showing any items or issues to address.
They were prepared and experienced and worked efficiently and completed the job within the time estimate.

Roy and Frazier did a great job unloading our POD. Both worked together as a team and showed real care in handling our furniture. On time, really to go to work and worked steady for three hours straight without a break. We would recommend them to anyone making a move.

Very Professional. On-time, fast workers. The only mix up was the website telling then my 3 bedroom house was an apartment. But they worked diligently and got all the big things loaded so I only have to worry about small boxes and packing now.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have your boxes packed and taped. Your furniture, dismantled and padded and
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
