I was supposed to be called so I could meet them at the storage facility. They called when they arrived and it took me twenty minutes to get there. The whole thing took only a half hour. It I had no choice other than to pay $300 for the half hour's work. They did a good job, but the price was unfair. I'm a 70-year-old woman who had no choice but to hire someone. It's not right. No fault of the workers. It's a company problem.

Moving guys were nice, however they did not bring rope, tape or any other supplies. Thank God I rented moving blankets from Uhaul. On Hire a Helper website it says that the movers will arrive with all supplies except moving blankets. I ca only hope that all my belongings arrive safe and intact. Additionally, I was charged 4 hours to load the second container, when in fact the movers were there for less than 2 hours. Also, if you hope to get some assistance with issues like this... Hire a Helper will NOT help you. Not a happy customer.

Three gentlemen showed up at the appointed time, I explained what was needed and they went right to work. They worked no-stop until the job was completed. It was a very hot & humid day but they never stopped. They were very careful of all our belongings. If unsure about was needed they asked!!I would use them again in a heart beat!!

What a fantastic experience. We hired them the morning of our move after realizing we just couldn't do it in the heat ourselves. They were on time, called us to confirm the time as soon as we booked, and then to confirm the actual time the day of. They worked so hard in the heat, asked to take much needed breaks and were so polite and took great care of our stuff. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Derek & Tray arrived within the time frame expected. They carefully took in the directions I gave regarding certain items. They were hard workers, and I have already requested them to load two more Pods. I would recommend them to others!
