Both men were great. They listened when we did a walk through of the house and i advised where things would go so that as they unloaded the PODS they needed little guidance. And when I found several boxes that I had forgotten had been packed in the PODS in a bedroom and I asked them to move them to the garage they were happy to do it. They also reassembled my dining room table and my bed and let me know when they identified that 2 screws were missing for the bed so I would know they needed to be replaced. Overall they were great and had everything completed in the time I had allotted. I would definitely use them again!

I am moving to Montana from Washington State using ULoad from U-Haul. Old Dominion dropped a 28-foot trailer at my place and I hired Muscle Movers through Hire-A-Helper which was recommended through U-Haul. Although advertised as professional movers they were anything but. One mover showed up late and then left early. The two that did most of the moving were careless and completely untrained and the boss that loaded the truck was negligent in using blankets on items and dropped several totes that crashed to the floor of the truck. Right now all I can see is the open loaded end of the truck and it is a disaster. Everything will need unloaded and the damage documented and then it will need reloaded correctly. I can see a huge gouge on the TOP of a Pennsylvania House maple dresser which is being shipped on its SIDE directly on the diamond plate floor of the trailer with no blanket. The chair they were informed (again) not to take was left in the yard where they dropped it and they left a random pile of drawers in my living room. Although I provided four boxes of moving blankets they used a little over one box. This is a nightmare of epic proportions.

The (replacement) crew showed up within their scheduled window. They were courteous and worked very hard to move our belongings with care. Since their dolly was not functional they strove to use the dolly and cart we had. I would recommend this team.

They arrived before time, handled my fragile glassware with care, and worked efficiently to complete the move before time. They had great communications and engagement when needed and followed our instructions. I did feel that the cost was a bit higher compared to other hire movers.The crew was professional and polite, and the final cost was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend their service for a stress-free move". I would use this company again in the near future.
