They were super communicative on the day of the move and leading up to it. THey moved my stuff easily and efficiently and had no issues getting everything to where it needed to get set up.

Ray and Rion worked hard, non stop, for 2hrs, doing the heavy stuff. I thought they would come having much experience and ideas of navigating stairs/turns and doorways. Instead they needed my direction. That said, they worked hard, and were a tremendous help to our move.

If you are looking for movers who come in, get the job done and leave, this is not the company for you. While very nice guys, they were very slow. Two hours and they had only packed a third of 15ft truck. Then we, yes with an I, had to unload it because they didn't think they needed to pack all of the packing boxes 3 ft away from them. Then one had an appointment so they couldn't stay to get it right. I had to unload the rest of the truck and load it correctly WITH all the packing boxes. I had to tell them to work faster more than once. I expected relatively professional help at this price point. I would have had a better job done much more quickly at a fraction of the price by hiring from in front of Home Depot. Or doing it myself.

Out of 5 Stars the Muscle Movers crew was a 10!! We moved from a 3rd story apartment with a circular stair case that makes you loose track of where you are. The crew was so professional and helpful they carried everything out so fast. I tried to carry a box just to help but they would not hear of it. They were AMAZING and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
