These two young men did a great job. They worked tirelessly for the entire time. One extra service that they did that meant a lot to me was that they communicated with me several times the day before and the day of the move to ensure we were on the same page and to keep me updated on their ETA.

The job started as a complete CF! Someone from H-A-H emailed to change the job time; I agreed, but none of the changes were noted in the system or shared with the movers. They looked like ‘no-shows until I checked my documentation and realized that H-A-H messed up big time. Despite the late start, Romari and his team of Muscle Movers came through BIG even though they now had other jobs scheduled over ours. We appreciated their flexibility and commitment to getting our job done; Sent two creative problem-solvers who worked incredibly hard to get heavy odd-shaped pieces through tight doorways without a complaint:). We appreciated their help today and would gladly use Muscle Movers again for a future move!
