They showed up on time. Overall they did a good job, but at times didn't seem to work particularly hard or efficiently. Checking phones, carrying one small item while I carried several heavy boxes. Just not a consistent effort and sense of urgency for a time-based contract. One of the gentlemen also told us time was up, when in fact we still had 15 minutes left on the contracted time. They did an ok job but I am not sure I'd use them again.

One of the paid for two Muscle Movers showed. He was very nice, but very inexperienced and damaged multiple items, walls and a smoke detector. He had no idea how to load a truck, which I discovered after it was nearly half full. My son and I had to try to correct what he had done, but didn't have time to pull everything already loaded back out. Finally told him to leave 30 minutes early because he just made it worse. Maybe the other mover who never showed was experienced but either way would not recommend
