Arrived late and forced to pay 2 hour min for 1 hour of work after doing most of the unload ourselves.

The movers worked pretty hard but not particularly fast. In the end, they got most of the heavy stuff moved within 2 hours but there were a few things left that I ended up moving myself that I though maybe they could have gotten to if they were a little more efficient. They were pleasant to talk to and were polite. They did smell like weed, which didn’t really bother me because they were working hard, but might be an issue with others. Also one of them used our bathroom without asking

An unfortunate flat tire delayed their arrival but once on site they did a good job. They had to contend with three flights of stairs with landings at each level and due to clearance issues as the Pack Rat pod could not be delivered in the parking space we had open at the base of the stairs because of garages opposite in our condo complex.
They opted to carry the boxes and did not have a hand truck which would have been helpful in conveying the boxes about 80 feet further to the pod where it was opposite a T shaped junction. They had to pace themselves to avoid fatigue.
We opted to hire them for an additional hour to complete the project. I think the loading in the pod was efficient. We tipped both for the work performed.
