Wonderful experience! They were early, worked hard and stayed until the job was done.

Do NOT hire these movers! They were entirely unprepared for the job (even though I had written a very clear explanation of the job). Tony tried to claim that I didnt inform Hire a Helper about the stairs (which I called customer service to confirm I had). They did not have straps or their own dolly to move large items. They did not bring tools for furniture disassembly as requested (so I had to unpack my own). They spent 3 hours moving boxes and then tried to SCAM me into paying for a total of 8 hours to move my furniture. They moved one dresser that I had just bought recently and dented and scratched it up all over the front and sides as well as breaking the tracks on the bottom two drawers from dropping it. They had the AUDACITY to claim that it was like that before they touched it... then LEFT WITHOUT FINISHING THE JOB. THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Our movers were great! They were on time, polite, friendly & careful with everything. They managed to get all of our furniture/boxes into 2 Pods& we were not as organized as we should have been. They were very patient when a pet decided to hide in a sofa (our fault for not locking them up in time) and got everything done in the 4 hour time window. We would definitely recommend them!

I love everything when it comes to being a professional mover . I can pack wrap and drive . Moving is like a hobby to us .
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to wrap furniture correctly. How angle big pieces of furniture out the door way. How to load a truck up and unload a truck without breaking or tearing fragile or expensive pieces. Also being polite to customer when gain there and respectful ?? will gain customers trust.
