The two workers that showed up to unload my truck were wonderful

One of the workers would not lift heavy boxes, lazy. They also took their time to use time. The company was informed that I had a lot of boxes beforehand.. also during the loading, I was informed of them having another job after two hours, I called the office and was told they agreed to stay over. I was told a lie. They called and made a false report saying my apt was dangerous and unsanitary. (Who has a tidy house during a move?)After two hours, they rushed to be checked out and left. I was given a small discount by the manager of HireAHelper, but shouldn’t have paid anything. I was left hanging with many unstacked boxes sitting at the end of the truck. HireAHelper wanted to charge me a lot more to get two new loader for an additional 2 hours. I even tipped the loaders before finding out they gave a bad report on my apt just to be able to not complete the job. I deserve a complete refund. If I could, my rating would be a -0. Do not contract with this company.

I really appreciate the help from the guys at Messolar Full Service Moving. Gustavo's team showed up in the predetermined time window. When they arrived, there was a quick introduction and sign-in, after which they got right to work. These gentlemen were very professional, respectful, and efficient, making light work of my loading job. I'd definitely recommend them, and I'd use them again if I move back to the area.

This was the most disorganized and horrible service I’ve ever had. I reserved 3 helpers for 3 hours as it was a Huge job needing to be done. Only 2 showed up and nobody seemed to know anything about a 3rd helper. When I called multiple times trying to find out where my 3rd helper was I kept getting a runaround. They finally told me only 2 were available and nothing could be done about it. The job did not get completed, I am an elderly woman who had to lift and help move a lot of stuff to compensate for the 3rd helper not being there. I received no discount of any kind and will never use this company again. Incredibly frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional!!!

The three movers arrived early at my new townhome to unload my storage unit. They unloaded it in under 1 hour, which gave me an additional hour to reload my second unit at another location. Upon arrival at the second location, they removed all elements from the second unit and rearranged it according to my specifications. Once we had the larger pieces situated, I asked them to put all the boxes into the unit, which they did efficiently and in a timely fashion. In fact, they packed it exponentially better than my first movers. It was wonderful. I would recommend them again.
