Pedro and Nelson were great. They communicated, were efficient and helpful. They did a fantastic job loading the pod to maximize the space.

They were very nice, but they didn’t speak very good English so it was confusing to tell them what I wanted. Also, when loading a pod, you have to stack all the way to the top and they did not do that. I put some ratchet straps and bungee cords in the pod, but they didn’t use them to secure anything and I’m having to rearrange by myself right now to get Everything secured so it doesn’t shuffle around. I’m kind of bummed because I didn’t wanna go with this company but hire a helper said they were really good.

I hired movers for my out-of-state move from Raleigh to Nashville and while they arrived on time and were generally pleasant, I was disappointed with their lack of attention to detail and basic moving practices. The crew seemed to lack experience and didn’t demonstrate a solid understanding of the dos and don’ts of moving delicate items.
One of the more frustrating issues was with communication. While the crew lead did speak some English, it was clear that not all members of the team were fluent, which made it difficult to communicate about handling fragile or expensive items. For example, my off-white sofa cushions were placed directly onto the truck’s dirty floor to make it easier to move the sofa. The crew lead realized the mistake, but struggled to explain the situation to me, leaving me to deal with the aftermath.
Additionally, the team was reckless with items like large boxes and card-boarded mirrors, leaning them against walls without anything behind them to protect the walls. These are basic things movers should know, and I felt that the crew wasn’t properly trained on how to handle expensive or fragile items.
While they did carry the heavier items without issue, it was concerning to see the carelessness when it came to more delicate pieces. It felt as though they hadn’t been properly coached or didn’t have experience with high-value items.
Overall, while the move was completed, I’m left feeling dissatisfied with the service. A bit more care, better communication, and attention to detail would have made all the difference.

We were really pleased with the service we received from Rory and Manuel. They were so efficient in loading our items and took great care of our furniture as they moved it. They were both friendly, respectful and hard-working. When they finished loading everything, they took the time to show us how the items were stacked and secured. 10 our of 10!
