Crew arrived 10 minutes early to scheduled time. 75% (3 out of 4) of the crew were awesome. It was the one crew member and their action that drug score down. They brought one furniture dolly to the unload. They utilized it, plus my two and my dolly. The three out of four crew members were very respectful of property (I know it was tough unload due to humidity and climbing stairs). The three asked were/what room to take items. The fourth would ask me our my wife would inform where to take items, but we would find those boxes and items we directed to the fourth in areas not asked to take item (feel alot had to do with if item had to go to attic or top floor with that individual). Too many items that I had to move, due not in correct room (know it was fourth individual). Tough job, humid day, and we showed appreciation by providing water, Gatorade, and fed the crew pizza for lunch. Crew did not bring any hydration/water for the job. Company needs to educate employees better on hydration and heat related illnesses. I was watching and monitoring the crew - did not appear acclimated to humidity (hot and humid day, but not like Houston, TX that I'm accustomed). At EOD when job was finished, they give you phone to sign off, add tip, and there is a space for lunch. It was not explained to me that I was to put lunch time in (as typically other moving companies subtract/take the lunch). I probably would have tipped less if I'd have known how many boxes I would have to relocate. Additionally, many/much of the large items were placed in garage (vs taking in the house). Items placed in garage, but space not maximized (like loading a moving truck or container). As a result, garage is filled minus two small pathways - I get the joy of organizing to maximize storage (little laziness on the crew's part). As a note, this was the replacement company from Hire a Helper after 1st cancelled a day before (not giving me time to potential other options).

The two men arrived right on time. They had dollies and worked steady. They were careful with my items. I would use them again but I'll never move again!
