They were fantastic. They not only arrived on time, but stayed almost 4 hours more than we hired them for. ( I really miscalculated how long it would take.) Kylan ran the entire time...even up and down steps all day long. Gene would have but fell coming off the ramp on the way into our new house (because the rain made the ramp slippery) and injured his ankle. He kept on working as if nothing had happened. They came prepared with everything they needed, made sure they put everything in place exactly how we wanted, and offered to move anything if we changed our mind. I would definately use them again and highly recommed them to anyone who asked.

Very professional job. Right on time. Got right in there and swept up really heavy pieces. Knew the best way to pack the truck; wrap and tape the blankets; tie down the whole thing, and did it lickety split. Finished just shy of their 2 hour limit. Really cared about our belongings. Would use them again, absolutely.

The crew was very late, due to truck problems on an earlier job that also ended up taking a lot longer than planned. However, they notified me frequently throughout the day, and did eventually arrive even though I'm sure they expected to be done for the day by then. They went to work right away, and got all my furniture and probably 2/3 of my boxes loaded tightly into the U-Pack truck.
Unfortunately, I didn't find out until after unpacking across the country that my piano had been damaged due to improper packing. This was very disappointing, considering that I had paid an additional fee to have the piano loaded. The crew did not know that they would be moving a piano when they arrived, and didn't have anything but a regular furniture dolly to help them move it out of the house.

Aaron and Gene arrived on time and eager to work. They did not mind that the place was a mess and they had to improvise a bit. I had trouble keeping the big bulky items in the basement ready for them because they were so fast. They had the truck packed to the ceiling in 2 hrs as agreed and never stopped even when I offered to let them take a break. Highly recommend. In fact I will be making another trip within a month and will definitely request them again.
