I recently hired Morris Moving and Storage to help me unload my uhaul when I moved to Houston. They were on time and unloaded my truck in under an hour even with having to carry everything up a flight of stairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving labor help!

They were an answer to prayer. So many things went wrong with this move but they were there offering solutions and being understanding. I highly recommend them!

They were on time, well prepared, and very nice. That said, they flipped my favorite small buffet on its side to go on the dolly and dislodged the internal shelf and broke off the knob. It can be fixed, but the buffet could easily have been carried in upright and more carefully. They unloaded the pod in 1/2 hour, so I could not keep track of where they were taking things (not really as directed) or how they were unloading items. It would have been better If they asked a few more questions and went more carefully.
The knob on your buffet had been previously broken off and glued with a glue that wasn’t for wood. It is necessary to put certain items on Dollie’s to get them into difficult locations..
When the piece was packed and wrapped for loading whatever was inside would have been removed.
Our guys caused 0 damage and the knob fell off due to the pad being removed and the humidity in Galveston causing the glue that was used to fail.
Items were placed exactly where you instructed each one to go. Our guys did a walk through with you after and confirmed the items were staged appropriately.
