Movers were late. Start time was supposed to be 9:00 am. I received a text roughly this time saying two were onsite. They were not and I responded with that information. I received a response that they had stopped at Wendy's to go to restroom. First person to arrive was 3rd resource, who arrived at 9:20 am. Initial two did not arrive until 9:30 am. All three were still eating breakfast as arrived. They had no equipment, although not essential to this move. Most of work was done by two of the movers (the 1st to arrive and one of the other two.) The third person struggled to figured out how to be helpful. Finished up about 2 hours and 20 minutes from actual start time. On the whole, the goods got unloaded okay. However, this crew was mediocre compared to the crew we had that did the original loading, as they were seriously outstanding.

Second's Movers did an awesome job! They were right on time (early even!) and got right to work. I showed them everything I needed loaded in the trailer and they immediately went to work and strategized putting things in the trailer in a way to utilize the space best. They were very polite and respectful. I can't say enough good things about them!

The movers were both fantastic! They did a great job and moved everything very quickly. However, they did not arrive at the agreed upon time. The company called me the morning of the move at 6:30 am (when the movers were supposed to arrive at 7-8 am) to tell me one mover called out sick and they wouldn’t be able to get to my place until 9:30. Punctuality was very important since I had to drive 16+ hours. So that was somewhat disappointing.
