They on time, efficient, polite and boy were they quick.

The movers will definitely be on time, mine were 30 minutes earlier so they were waiting on us to be ready hahaha. Once we got the truck to the unloading location they were off to the races! They were personable and followed directions without complaint. Would definitely recommend - they were timely, efficient, hardworking, and came in at a great price!

Workmen were half an hour later than originally scheduled but this was well communicated beforehand and wasn't a problem to change. Two men helped us and they were extremely professional and were able to do 2 hours worth of work in 1 hour. I HIGHLY recommend using Ted Okeefe and his staff whenever you need an extra pair of hands.

They did a great job, and had the 16' pod fully unloaded in less than the 2 hour minimum. A few notes that kept me from giving them 5 stars, although I would have given them 4.5 stars if that was possible:
some boxes ended up in the wrong room
I asked for a few things to be put in a specific area, they didn't make it, but were just mixed in with everything else.
One of the workers was smoking when I met him. It was outdoors, but I'm highly sensitive to smoking, and could smell smoke on him.
Again - they did a great job, and I would totally hire them again.

The guys were on time (despite an hour and 40 minute commute just to get to my place), efficient, and friendly! It took them less than 45 minutes to unload an 8x8 container and bring everything up a flight of stairs to the apartment. I would definitely use them again!
