The crew was on time. That was the only good thing about them. The crew was moving slow on purpose. They were unloading things in a way that would take them a long time. I had to ask them if they had a dolly and hand truck because they were carrying 2-3 small items by hand. Making multiple unnecessary trips. When they could have stacked these items and got them inside. My unload should’ve taken a hour and a half at best! They were moving so slow that I got in and helped them because I knew they were trying to get extra money. And one had the audacity to use my bathroom without my permission while I wasn't in my home, they had just arrived and they’re is a public restroom downstairs. I spoke with Mr. Okeefe, very rude and disrespectful man! He told me to never book them again. So there’s that. I suggest you take heed to that information as well. And some how my brand new padlock went missing…
