They were on time and very respectful. They did the job as asked. My only concern, and I don’t like to accuse; however, $60 was missing from my husbands wallet after they left. No one else had access and both movers took items into the room the wallet was in.

Would never ever use this company again-
Sorry you were unsatisfied with your move. The guy you were complaining about that was taking too many breaks actually had to go to the hospital after the job from overheating. The heat index was 115 degrees that day. The job was still completed in the allotted time and you were also refunded $100. I’m not sure what else we could have done for you. Thankfully, the guy is the okay. Call us if you have anything else to add.

Guys were great, they waited on me to arrive after a scheduling mishap on my end caused me to arrive later. It was a brutally hot day too, but they didn't quit until everything was moved into my apartment on the third floor.
