Santino and Devonte were excellent movers! They were super communicative before getting there, letting us know when to expect them. Once they arrived, they were friendly, reassuring, and very patient with us. I didn't have a necessary tool to break down a desk I'd wanted to move, and I was ready to give up on it so as to not waste their time. Santino reassured me he didn't mind waiting for our neighbor to find an allen wrench that we could use, and the desk is now safely packed! They were efficient, professional, personable, and overall everything you'd want out of a pair of movers.

I was disappointed that the guys showed up at my house smelling of pot. They did not fill the pod to capacity and then offered to take our left over stuff for $175, but we pay for the rental truck. We ended up filling the pod by ourselves at the end. When we realized one of our beds would not fit, one of the movers said he would take it. He never showed up to retrieve the bed so we were forced to hire someone after we left to come pick it up. Such a disappointing experience with this moving company/
