1. Apparently the assigned crew didn't accept the job so the job was assigned to a different crew last minute causing a delay in the start of the job 2. Arrived looking like they dreaded the opportunity for the job 3. Arrived with a small dog that followed them around EVERYWHERE - unleashed - tagging along at their heels, into the apartment building's carpeted hallways, onto the elevator, in the arms of the workers.... 4. Extremely unprofessional and rude verbal altercation when I mentioned one worker on a FaceTime call - stating they knew they were in the wrong side of town (Mt Pleasant) and I was apparently too white. 5. No way to communicate with the owner of the business.
