The movers were scheduled for 11am.
They arrived at 3:30 pm. The over stated he thought we were flexible. But I was under the impression that meant I'd
be kept updated of schedule. I had to call every hour to keep being pushed back. Time was waisted and we could have made 6 trips with our van waiting for them to come but we're stuck afraid they would show up with is gone.
One of the helpers moved slowly and even stood by watching his partner unhook the washer, instead of moving belongings in meantime. They were not able to complete our job and we had to finish ourselves after we went 30 minutes over.
My husband and I worked twice as hard and more efficiently than these guys.
Even with all the time problems they didn't offer any discount and charged us $37.50 for the extra 30 minutes. I tipped them reluctantly 15$ each though I should not have.
I will NEVER hire movers unless they are professional large company with own truck.
The website stated they had hand truck but it wasn't on there truck and he said the other guys had it. The one older man knew what he was doing when packing truck and I would call the other guy a "helper" rather than mover.
The posatives were that nothing was damaged, and the mover was very friendly. His helper was very quiet but respectful (teenage boy).

Showed up at 1030 (10-11 appointment time), worked until 1230. These guys were wonderful! Went to work right away. Loaded most all boxes and heavy furniture from a 3 bedroom home into a uhaul in 2 hours. (Have to say that I helped as well so we had 3 people working). Would highly recommend for any size move and would use again if we were in the area!

The two gentlemen were great and showed up on time. They were able to unload a 20 ft truck in 2 hours to our first floor apartment, which was great. I would recommend this moving service and utilize them again.
