Easy Lift provided outstanding loading service of my POD today but learn from my rookie mistake of reading the fine print. When you book service only book the two hour minimum and then add hours as required. If your crew hustles to complete job before prepaid hours requested…they will not return money paid for unused hours.
Overall great support with loading but non-negotiable on policy of returning unused hours paid for upfront.

The movers were great when they arrived. They were delayed and showed up 48 minutes after the end of the range they gave me. At that point most of the move was done so they only had about ~50 minutes of work but I was still charged for two hours.
