I’m not sure what the problem was but one of the guys had a hostile undertone from the start. They were 30 min early because they finished previous job early. I paid for two hours of labor and expected them to work for two hours, not just
Load the big things on my list. At the end, they forgot items and had to reload. He got very hostile with my items and I had to yell at him to stop before he damaged them because he just kept shoving and stuffing. Then he yelled at me for wanting all of my items in the storage unit. I
Let them 20 min early because it was so uncomfortable. I would not hire again, I fortunately.

Both Josh sr and Josh jr we’re awesome. They were here before the appointment time. They were complete gentleman and handled the items with kid gloves! Would I recommend them ABSOLUTELY!! I’m even using them again today and then again when we move into our new build in August.
