They did a good job, followed all of my directions, worked hard on a very warm day, and worked quickly. The owner responded to my calls quickly and he was friendly and easy to work with. I have never hired workers sight-unseen before. Turned out to be a good decision. I would use them again.

Would not recommend. They called to ask about arriving a couple hours early, we agreed, had things ready to go, and then showed up late from our original time. The crew worked at a slow pace, did not bring out equipment until 1/2 way through, dropped boxes, brought them in upside down, put boxes in the wrong rooms (everything was color coded and labeled), and then left an hour early with boxes still on the truck. The crew was nice, but the job was not completed or done well.

My helpers called before arriving to give me their ETA. They were very courteous and professional. And quiet! We have two kitties that were not really happy about moving to a new home, but they seemed unperturbed by the helpers.

Couldn't recommend them more highly! We had trouble with our moving container delivery being late, and they waited it out for 2 HOURS!! I was so stressed that I wouldn't be able to find a different moving company to unload for us the next day, but they were able to get the job finished that evening! So grateful for their patience and hard work.

Mario and Dwayne (apologies if the names are incorrect) were great! They also brought two other ladies to help and apologies I don’t have their name. I am 5 months pregnant and my husband is deployed so they called me to let me know when they were coming, arrived earlier than the scheduled window which was awesome and were able to carefully move all of our heavy items. Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
