For a 24 hour notice I'm so happy that I made the request! I was so stressed out with the move and they made it so easy. On time, called me to tell me when they would be coming, moved everything where I requested and if I didn't say they asked. What a team!!!

After telling us they would be there at 4:30, they arrived at 5:50 for a 4-5pm scheduling window. That meant it was after dark and the rain had started, which obviously they couldn't control, but if they had arrived when they told us they would, it would have avoided both. They left scratches on some floors and the newly painted walls and damaged the dining table. When they left, they really pressed hard to get a tip, uncomfortably so. I would not use them again.

Two helpers were great. They unloaded a full trailer within the time allotted. Very hard workers!

The movers arrived on time. I paid for two but three came. They were for the most part courteous. The issue began when they started moving our things. We moved from a trailer that was full into our home. They dropped boxes, broke many things, scratched my walls and towards the middle of the move began just unloading into the garage vs. the house. At one point, one of them was bent over and out of breath and complained about his knees. My husband smelled alcohol on two of them.
In the end, after they left, we had to move many things that were labled to a specific room, from our garage to the inside of the house. I was so disappointed in the service. I would NOT recommed them.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
