They did not organize and put my things without wrapping and if did wrap did Not tape. The huge 7' tall bookcase was destroyed Don't know if it can be fixed
I called immediately and the company said I would have to wait 48 hours and pay again!!
The strangest thing is I had GREAT service in the Woodlands TX(outside Houston) beginning of month of October!! Can't believe how bad the Richmond group was compared to the great group in TX??

We are a little confused about fees
We book for 9 hours but only used
5.hours , seems no option to pay for less time, we had to pay for time not used. We will not be using your service
Nor recommending it if this is the case.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
