From the beginning the communication from Jon, the owner, was great. He communicated the details and ETA on the day of the move. They arrived on time (early actually) and ready to work. They surveyed the house and the job to create a game plan and then got right to work. They were carrying 3-4 boxes down at a time which was very impressive based on how full I know we packed them. They worked well as a team and didn’t stop moving. I was sure that all of our stuff wouldn’t fit in the truck and somehow they fit all of it and then loaded our personal trailer too. Super impressive, they worked very fast (got done quicker than all of the research said they should) and did it without breaking anything! I would absolutely hire this team again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
