They didn’t really listen as to what was to go and what was not to be loaded. They seemed to be in a hurry. They had a hard time getting the sofa out of the door and put a hole in the kitchen linoleum, scratched it and there’s “buckling” (more than scratched, not quite torn open). I filled a claim with their claims department.

Dwayne and mark were amazing. They helped take the stress off the job transfer in a short notice. They were on time and worked really hard and was very quick. Then Jon called to check on how everything went after they were done and I still have somethings but it wasn’t packed so the guys are going to come back tomorrow and finish up everything so I can get on the road faster. The customer service was awesome and very pleased with the work they did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very happy I chose them for this move. I knew it was a lot and they handled it amazingly!! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
