Awesome. The reservation was super easy on the website, they even send reminders just in case you have to reschedule or cancel. In my case I had to reschedule to one day later, moved with. With no issue and no extra charge. The packer they sent were amazing. I assumed all of our stuff wouldn’t fit and we had 1/4 of our container still available when they left. Would recommend and if I move back to Va would use them again. Workers were professional and fast.

I was truly impressed with Mark and his team mate. They were at my home a few minutes earlier. Very courteous, hard working, fast and very gentle. I felt totally comfortable with my China and crystal. We will absolutely use them again and can't recommend them enough ?? Great job gentlemen!!!

Had to move my start time up the day prior and the two man team showed up as requested and on time - unloaded a full 26’ U-Haul in 2 hours. With the exception of a few boxes ending in the wrong rooms all went as we hoped.

Dwayne and Mark were great! From Virginia to Florida -with my driving- nothing broke or even scratched. They were so careful and efficient. They got a ton of heavy and awkward furniture like a Tetris game placed into my moving van.
The whole time, they worked together cooperatively, quietly communicating to be so efficient. More than that, they were so genuine and assuring and nice. I am so glad these men were able to help me move!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
