The movers were excellent! They arrived early with tools, a dolly, and hand truck. They were extremely professional, kind, and helpful. They handled my furniture with great care and went out of their way to put everything in place. They assembled my bed, and they took great care to place my heavy glass table top perfectly in the center of the base. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them, and I would use them again and again!

These guys worked so hard and were incredibly nice and upbeat to boot. I would definitely hire them again. In a world where customer service seems to be going out the window, I was almost shocked to get such stellar service.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Crew showed up reeking of cannabis and carrying munchies into the house. If I wasn't in a hurry to load a 16-foot PODS container, I would have turned them away right there.

I let them go after the contracted two hours. Did the rest myself, undoing part of what they had packed.

I called All Aboard Moverz and the company did not call me back.

SPECIFICS: Crew failed to stack boxes uniformly to avoid crushing, failed to use the ratchet straps that I had provided, used blankets as stuffing instead of covering the furniture, packed furniture against steel posts in pod with no cushioning, were clumsy with moving a small antique piano down 8 steps (All Aboard Moverz charged me an extra $200 for this).

They broke one piece of furniture and, though apologetic, left it on the street when they left.

They left their munchie trash packaging out in the street, and I had to go pick it up. One of them ran back apologetically from his to take the trash.

The guys were personable and courteous. They probably felt like they did a good job. They worked hard. But they were intoxicated. Obviously they are not up to the task. 24 hours after the job began, the company has still not called me back.

Warning for readers, I will start professional and then go into a dark place. A one star review is absolutely insane. Why tip each member 20$ a piece if we provided a 1star service??? I also want to note our crew took photos while on site. Now let’s start with the facts. Your crew was made up of Martin, Darryl and Justus. All 3 of them move furniture 7days a week. Darryl and Martin are two experienced professionals while Justus is on the newer side. You pre-booked a 3man load for 2 hours on 6/9/26 with a 2-3pm arrival window. Our crew showed up on time and ready to work. Upon arriving we did walk through with you and got right to it. We completed your job within the 2 hour time frame. Before leaving we double checked with you to ensure we did everything as you requested. Now il address your comments one by one. You hired humans who had multiple things going on. 1, In Darryl case he had an 8am job prior to yours, while Martin and Justus had a job with a 4-5 arrival window. Outside of working with us they also have real human lives to live. It’s quite normal for workers to have a snack in many cases clients have offered us their own food and snacks especially as it gets hotter outside, meanwhile you didn’t even have water to offer. I will admit some of our members smoke on their off time but accusing them of being intoxicated or drunk is insane. 2, We have phots of the job. Our team did exactly as you instructed them to do. Anything left behind would have been small miscellaneous items that you chose to pack yourself. We would have been happy to do exactly what you asked of us. 3, It’s correct you did try calling one time at 4:35pm and we didn’t answer and we certainly apologize. With that said we are in peak moving season and we had several jobs outside of yours. AllAboardMoverz is ran by one man. That one man answer phone calls, responds to texts, and goes out and works jobs. My name is Tavon. I do all of the back of the house things while actually working in the field. It no excuse but it’s the current reality. Most people call hireahelper or atleast try calling our alternative number listed. I can’t verify if you called hireahelper but you didn’t call our 2nd number or send us a text message. It’s a shame I can’t share the photos proving how well your pod was loaded. 4, we used every thing you had. You have proven to be another client with no understanding on how things work. You didn’t have any furniture pads, shrink wrap or tape. You did have a few spare blankets which we used, however without tape or shrink wrap we can’t do any wrapping before items get in the pod as the pads well fall from being unsecured. There is absolutely no room to be clumsy while moving an upright piano down a flight of stairs with a landing zone in between steps. While your piano was moved to your pod our team used professional communication while transporting your piano causality free. 5, while transporting a dresser a drawer fell out. This could’ve been presented if you had proper wrapping material on site. We take full responsibility for that. You can place a claim with hireahelper or us. We take care of anything we break. I can assure future clients the piece was placed exactly where he requested. Now this is where I crash out. Mike W is an older white man. Most likely from a certain type of cloth fresh out of Nebraska. Maybe he was offended that his crew had 2 blacks and one Dominican. Perhaps he was mad that his wife interacted well with our crew (professional conversations with laughter involved). Regardless of his reasoning he has proven to be a very ignorant client. While on site your wife admitted to y’all being “ 2 old farts”. You sir are a true clown. I can’t believe you tried to imply you had to repack out items. Truly wish we could share the photos with you all. Be sure to update your review after you open your pod at its new destination. According to you our movers were “intoxicated” next time just send them home instead of letting them complete the job. It’s not true, but I must say its mighty dumb to let “intoxicated” people start and then finish while you were unhappy the entire time. Let’s make a little sense next time. Send us home in the future if we become inadequate, we’re happy to let you suffer with another moving company.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.

What types of moves have you handled?

We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
