This review is completely inaccurate. The day of the job you left has a 5star review calling us “Master Tetris Movers”. We showed up on time and loaded your pod to the best of our ability. You were renting the basement so we had to use the back door which forced to constantly walk in a muddy back yard due to rain. While on scene only one item, a drawer to a nightstand, was dropped(right in front of you). The client was notified they needed furniture pads, ratchet straps, rope or shrink wrap however none was provided (hireahelper has confirmed that the client confirmed his lack of blankets) You were also reminded on site as well. Your mom offered us a spare blanket and you responded by calling her crazy while laughing. It’s a shame we can’t post photos on here so the client can see the actual truth. Making false claims of us shoving your cat tree in the pod is surely insane. It was the literal last item we placed on the pod right beside your mattress. You literally watched us do it. Again originally you were super satisfied and had no complaints. Without properly wrapping your items or having tie downs there is no way we can guarantee safety of anything. Not once did you reach out us about damages, however you did make a claim through hireahelper and because your unsatisfied with their ruling you are now acting like the child that lives with his mom and throwing a temper tantrum on our review. Upon reading the filth you left on our Google page we called. You immediately hang up right after i introduced myself. Afterwards you were sent a message asking you to explain yourself. No one attacked you, but your proving to be an embarrassment as a client. No one lied about anything on our end. We are not responsible for travel damage. We don’t know how the pod was driven. It could have gone up or down hills, hit a pot hole or maybe the driver swerved. There are to many variables on the road that we are not responsible for. In the future have the proper materials on site so we can properly prepare your items for transport. Il add upon leaving your landlord couldn’t wait to ask us “is it over”, “ when do you big the pod up?”. Unfortunately our answer disappointed him as we only load or unload pods. It was clear to us he was happy you were leaving.
