This review is truly ignorant. I (Tavon Charles aka the owner) is the mover who was on the phone. Exaggerating my brief conversations with future clients & current employees is insane. Although I used my phone I never stopped moving and I certainly wasn’t on my phone for a hour of your job. You booked 2 movers for 2 hours. So let’s review the facts. For starters you’re comparing our 2 man crew to the 3man crew that loaded your 2 pods. We struggled with one of your heavy items(an oak table) and still successfully transported it in your home. While on site I specifically asked your ignorant ass how big is this home in comparison to your last home, after you made a smart comment “I thought unloads were normally faster than the loads”. Your answer was “it’s 4 times the size” yet you ordered less movers and thought we’d be faster. Both of your pods was filled with plenty of miscellaneous items( meaning most needed to be carried by hand. Let me also stat the pod we actually unloaded was on your street. You had a beautiful home in a new community with 2 full flights of steps(both flights had turns involved). We also had to carry items around the back to your basement door(even longer carry). Had you ordered 3 men to unload the same way you did for the load we would have surly unloaded everything in 2 hours even with the house being “4 times “ the size of your previous home. Robert P of Frederick Md please remove this ignorance at once. We fully reject this review. We offered to stay and finish the pod and you chose to not finish. From the very beginning of the job you knew we wouldn’t finish in two hours as you specifically stated “we’ll see what gets done in 2 hours”. Let me also note your 2nd unloaders unloaded a pod that was in your actual driveway(closer to entry) and with no heavy items. The few heavy items which included an oak table and a fully assembled treadmill was carried in by us. Let’s also add its 88 plus degrees and we were in a full sweat.
