Coming from you, 3stars is ridiculous. We showed up on time to unload your pod in Clarksburg MD. While our team was on site I received multiple reports of your nasty attitude. This promoted me to call and check in. While on the phone you praised our guys and said everything is going well. After the crew left you sent us a message. “Hi Donte, this is LaToya. Please apologize to the guys for how I behaved before you left. I'm exhausted and that's no excuse but I wanted to reach out to say sorry for making any of you uncomfortable.” After appreciating the message I informed you il let the crew know about your remarks. You then went on to state “Thank you Tavon, I honestly don't behave that way. I think all the circumstances, stress and tiredness really got to me today. I'm honestly sorry.”. It’s a shame we can’t review the clients but if we could we’d give Latoya C a 0 star review. Now let’s talk about this bed. This was a unique bed with a bookshelf apart of its frame broken all the way down with no instruction manual. While on site you were informed we’ve never seen a bed like this. All members, including yourself, were confused and didn’t know what to do. After searching the internet rigorously our crew found an instruction video to assemble your bed. You offered 0 help and knowledge with a nasty attitude. At any moment you could have sent us home as your pod was empty. Instead you chose to have us figure it out. You handpicked a 3man crew meaning you picked an hourly rate of 175 per hour. At any moment you could have asked us to send someone home since only the bed was being assembled. Instead you chose to have us figure it out with all 3 members on site and upon completion in the most ignorant fashion you tell our guys “I could’ve done this myself”. It’s truly disgusting the way some of you grown adults act. You need to seek help. I truly wish we could attach pictures and screenshots to these reviews.
