Tavon and Marshall from All Aboard Moverz lwere terrific. Starting with their communications, confirming the date and time we’d need them, and their flexibility. Because we were wholly dependent on the POD being delivered timely, we stayed in touch with Tavon and he responded each time immediately, and was always willing to flex his schedule to accommodate ours (Inc. delivery of the POD).
Tavon and Marshall worked very well together as a seamless team and took great care moving and unpacking our things from the POD.
We highly recommend them.

Movers were very prompt and unloaded quickly. However, we felt that they were quite careless with our furniture for the sake of being fast. Our white couch was drug on the ground and the corner ripped up to the stuffing, because they insisted on fitting it through the front door rather than carrying it around to the back (which would have taken longer). In their haste, they also dinged our dark wood furniture on the walkway steps/railing. I've already had to order both a furniture repair kit and an upholstery cleaning machine to hide the damage from one hour's worth of work. Very disappointed after this furniture survived a cross-country move in pristine condition.

They were prompt polite and helpful. They asked if I needed them to stay longer. I did have to help and or cue them with some of the packing to ensure they used blankets or wrapping to protect items but they were patient and took direction well.

Punctual, courteous, and respectful of our belongings. Tavon and his colleague offloaded our entire Penske truck in less than five hours. I didn't ask them to do any unpacking, so I don't have any experience to share there, but they were very efficient and even moved some larger items to a different room/floor after we changed our minds on where we wanted them. Tavon seems very enthusiastic and serious about his work; nice to meet people like that who pursue their own business.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
