I wholeheartedly want to give them a 5 star review. Their service was almost excellent. They said and almost did all the right things. They packed our truck well until it got to the end then it seemed they were just throwing things in there nilly-willy like they were over it. But the main reason for the 2 stars is because one of the guys dropped my grandmothers hutch and it shattered. There were two men (movers) and their “boss” there. They all told me to file a claim. But no one said take a picture of it or you can’t file a claim. So what that tells me is they wanted to look good to me and make me feel better about the situation knowing I wouldn’t be able to file one with out the photo evidence therefore they wouldn’t get in trouble. That’s BAD BUSINESS if you as me, a fellow business owner. Then while unloading our stuff we found they packed something on top of a cabinet I have that was obviously too heavy, so it scratched and removed paint front my cabinet. I pray the insurance company does the right thing because none of this was my fault and I purchased their extra protection.

The company itself was very friendly. They were on time. HOWEVER, upon arrival to my new location and as we began getting items off the truck ALOT of my items were damaged or outright destroyed. They weren’t not packed properly. For example a $10 PLASTIC FAN was wrapped as if it was glass with a whole piece of furniture padding, shrink wrap and tape but my $4,000 wooden dining room table was only wrapped with a half piece of furniture padding and shrink wrap. Causing a chunk of my wood to be missing from my table.
I went to put my bed together and there are two HOLES IN MY $8000 bed because they didn’t carry it properly. They used my WHITE mattress protector for furniture padding so it’s destroyed!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!
There are plenty more things that were broken but these were the biggest!

These guys are awesome, they came from another job and jumped right in. No wasting time, and completed a job of unloading 2 containers that were packed full from top to bottom in under 4 hours. The communication from Anna was great and they were very accommodating even when I had to change my appointment due to delivery delays. Her husband and his team are amazing, super friendly, asked questions, and I can’t say enough about the hustle! Thank you very much guys you saved me from killing myself trying to do this myself!! Highly recommend!!!!

Elite Movers were AWESOME! We just moved to Georgia and were dreading the PODS arriving and having to get everything moved in.
They made the process extremely easy and helped us to unload in a very efficient and highly organized manner. The team was highly experienced, very friendly, and was intent on doing an excellent job.
We will be moving in the future when we build our new home, and we know exactly who we are going to call when the time comes to move. That, of course, would be Elite Movers!
