Cesar and his brother did a fantastic job. They were efficient, previewed all the items that had to be loaded into the POD, and informed us that they would maybe need additional time to finish. No surprises.
They worked very hard, asked us questions about the various items we had in the boxes we had prepacked, so they could correctly place them in the container.
They are skilled at their job and we recommend them highly.
Would definitely request them again if ever needed.

They were so quick! Their attention to detail was appreciated. They were also so friendly and made a stressful day (unrelated to them) so much better with their jokes and kindness. Next time I move, I will definitely look to hire them again!

Workers were on time and polite. They appeared to be in a hurry and took little care in loading the truck. They just piled boxes on top of furniture, threw my racing bike on top of my furniture and acted irritated when I tried to cover some of my furniture with pads and tarps because it slowed their ability to load more stuff as quickly as possible. End result was me spending three hours reloading the truck. I will not use this service again.

The moving team that was sent were fantastic, however, there was a misunderstanding on the next date we needed to cancel and they would not honor the refund to an all volunteer dog and cat rescue non-profit.
We cancelled with supplier 2 days before scheduled move but did not understand we needed to also reach out to Hire a Helper too.
Needless to say we got another company to do our second move and will never use this company again.
Thank you for the 2 guys that came out though, they were great and would use them again in a minute if they were with a different company!

I wish if there is 0 renting for this, guys don’t pay in advance once you paid for it on line the can leave before the jobs done, that’s exactly what happen and also they broke some stuff and I’m still dealing to get my money back.one more thing even the company they work with they all work together so watch out.
