The two men who came to move large items in our basement after a major remodeling were efficient, courteous and hard workers. However, there seems to have been a communication problem the dispatch desk. They thought they were just moving a TV, but we also had two freezers, two large storage shelving units, many boxes and Igloo boxes of frozen food, a large bookcase, and rearranging a few things in their way. Bad weather required them to park a long way from our house, so I had to provide hand truck, furniture dolly and straps to make the moves possible. They accomplished all our work well within the allotted time.
