The two movers were exceptional! Courteous, efficient, respectful, outgoing and extremely hard working! The did the job in half the time I would have expected. They placed furniture items exactly where we needed the items within the home. They moved with purpose and energy and with smiles on their faces even though the temperature exceeded 105 degrees! They were both sweating buckets yet they both exhibited a wonderful, outgoing and funny demeanor. The were they best and definitely deserve 5-stars!
I only wish their manager was as customer focused as they were. We tried repeatedly to contact the manager about the date and time of the move without any response. It was only after elevating the issue that we were finally contacted 2 hours past the time the original move was to have taken place. Since I was hauling a trailer I was forced to park my vehicle partially into the street due to the length of the trailer and car. This of course forced neighbors and others to weave around my car in order to proceed down the road. I would give the manager a 1-star rating (even tough she did apologize for her actions and lack of follow-up and follow-through). The two movers should be promoted to managers and the manager needs to understudy them!

On the moving day Key Moverz professionals will greet our customers with respect ready to receive direction and remove as many to all obstacles that come between you and a safe move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Key Moverz’ Customers should have boxes taped, drawers in furniture should be taped or removed, elevators should be reserved and finally customer should be prepared to oversee and enjoy the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Key Moverz is created to meet a need and solving the many equations that come with organizing the truck, working as a team, assisting people in a new home, in addition eliminating the stress of new homeowners ready for the next step. Key Movers culture is every part of the move done with integrity.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Key Crew members practice working as a team, practicing communication skills among each other as they guide furniture from the house. Also crew members are coached on keeping the house as well as the items in great condition whether moving out or moving.
