The movers arrived on time and they were friendly and courteous. They worked hard and did an excellent job of organizing piles of boxes and small furniture in a small space. There were many items that I could have packed better for moving, but they made the best of every situation. I would definitely recommend them for your next move!

They were on time and fast with unloading and the team was very nice BUT they broke my baby's crib pretty badly when unloading it and I'll have to replace it. A lot of my furniture is pretty scuffed and my walls took a beating in some places. As friendly as they were I would not hire them again.

They were great. Very professional and quick, but did show up 40 minutes later than they said. They were at my home in the expected time frame, however. They were very efficient and loaded everything I needed and some. I would definitely use them again!

Booked a window for six to seven. Requested they come at 6:00 and was told that that shouldn't be a problem.
Because of traffic they said that they would be arriving around 6:30 to 7:00. Which would have been fine. However come 7:00, I heard nothing, so had to call and find out they weren't going to be there till 7:20? We had been waiting with the U-Haul waiting to unload since 6.
I understand traffic and random problems popping up however to not even let us know that they were going to be even later?
If they were going to be even later then the already pushed back time, they should have called or something.
We lost a lot of natural light which would have made it easier for us to do a few things like assemble furniture, in rooms where there was little provided light.
They did get the job done however. And we're professional in moving the furniture.
One of the gentlemen was very polite especially, however, we just wanted to get started much earlier than when they did.
Probably would not use again.
Especially not for the price.
And if we did, we would probably book it much earlier in the mindset that the next crew would also be late.

Our scheduled arrival time was 12-1, they arrived at 12:15 which was great. In the scheduled 2 hours they were very efficient — moved large furniture items from 2 bedroom apt into moving truck and back upstairs into new townhouse (5 min away). Did leave some marks on the walls when bringing in furniture and a few dents, but otherwise worked very quickly and accomplished task in less than the scheduled time.

Jay and Monique were great. They finished well under 2 hours with no scratches or blemishes to any of my furniture. I also had some scheduling problems come up and they were more than happy to work around it to get the job done. Highly recommend if you need a mover.

Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.
