Monique and Jay—Key Movers—did an excellent job. There was only one problem—they were a half hour late and didn’t call us right away to tell us they would be late. They were late because they had a moving job before ours. They did eventually call and everything worked out fine. They were very careful with our possessions. They were prepared for the job. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Key Moverz’ Customers should have boxes taped, drawers in furniture should be taped or removed, elevators should be reserved and finally customer should be prepared to oversee and enjoy the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.
