The two guys they sent were so friendly, polite, and efficient. I don’t think they took any breaks and got the job done right.

They did not listen. They put things in the pod that did not belong. They left things that belonged in the pod inside my home. Make sure you are in whatever room they are in or you will have a horrible mess like I do now. They need to come back and repack my pod but I cannot afford that.

We used this company to unload the POD into the house. The calls in advance of the move were excellent; the company is definitely organized. We received a call immediately after placing the reservation and then again a couple of days before the move to confirm. The guys were nice and thoughtful about when, where, and how to place the objects in the home. One of the guys was definitely a harder worker than the other. I wish there was a way to give him his own review because he was excellent. The other guy was on the phone a lot for personal reasons, which is hard to watch when you know you're paying by the hour. I jumped in and helped move some stuff just to ensure the move kept going forward. The company seems excellent. I gave 4 stars because of the one guy spending so much time on the phone / distracted from the move.

The Iowa Moving 1 LLC movers were super fast and efficient. They made my moving process from Des Moines to Lincoln very smooth. They loaded all of my items in a u-haul in around 40 minutes. The guys were friendly and on top of it! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs loading and unloading services.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After you book with us, you should expect an introduction call from our office staff to go into further detail about your moving situation and to answer any pre-move questions that you may have. We enjoy working with our customers and look forward to assisting them in whatever way that we can.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our moving crew will call you when they are on the way to the customer's job site and we pride ourselves on arriving on-time. Once our crew arrives at the customer's residence, the movers will do a walk-through to analyze the items that need moved and to answer any further questions that the customer may have. After that, our movers will get right to work on getting you moved as safely and efficiently as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend that customers have all boxes packed and sealed before our movers arrive (unless you have hired our company for a packing service). Please ensure that there are clear walk ways within the residence. We ask that all dresser drawers be emptied prior to moving. To save time and money , customers can also have beds disassembled and mirrors removed from dressers ahead of time, if possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle residential and office moves. We can help pack, load and/or unload your moving rental truck, trailer or portable storage container. We also provide in-house furniture moves.

Our company and staff enjoy working with our many customer's that we have had over the past 10 years. Each moving situation is unique and we pride ourselves on providing a top quality service and helping the customer reduce their stress on move day.
