The two men who came to my house to do the work were excellent. The were prompt, clean, courteous, and ready to help in any way. I do have a complaint about the intermediate company, JumpStart Moving. I called them and requested that they pass along in advance to the workers my suggestion that they bring a blanket to put over a dresser going upstairs and my STRONG request and suggestion that the workers bring a dolly because one of the furniture items was VERY heavy. JumpStart Moving did NOT pass along that request/suggestion to the workers, resulting in the workers having to run out to buy a dolly partway through the job.
