Calvin and all 3 movers were kind, respectful and professional. Anyone I know that needs help in this area, I would highly recommend Jumpstart. The helpers worked quickly and loaded the truck with exceptional precision. I was highly impressed and pleased with the overall experience.

The 2 men were very nice and when pushed they worked hard. A few of the items were very heavy and the stairs made it challenging to get the furniture out of the building. Even though the walls were slightly damaged they did a good job. My only criticism is they showed up late, had to be pushed to get the job done in the time allotment and I had to repack the truck. They weren't professional movers.

TLDR: Thieves. No tools and only did half the work hired for.
My ring with my husbands ashes was missing after their visit. Along with my husbands cellphone I was holding onto along with his Nintendo switch.
They took my bed frame apart and brought it over to new place. When I went to my new place I noticed they never put it back together. I texted them and they said “omg it slipped my mind”. I’m like what?! They said they would return tomorrow morning, I get a text confirming the time and they never showed up.
I called the company who defended them! Stating “do you know how far they traveled to get to you.” That was his response LOL.
If you value your money and your time, don’t use this company.

Ray and Kenny arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They were very skilled at arranging my furniture and valuables in the truck. I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them again. Calvin via phone support was also patient with me when I was overwhelmed with the process. It was a great moving experience!
