I had a great experience with JumpStart Moving. They sent two guys to help load my furniture into a truck, and they were extremely precise and organized throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was arranged efficiently, fit perfectly, and was secured tightly for transport.
They arrived right on time, came prepared, and worked professionally from start to finish. They were respectful, courteous, and clearly experienced at what they do. The prepaid process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything even easier.

The two men who came to my house to do the work were excellent. The were prompt, clean, courteous, and ready to help in any way. I do have a complaint about the intermediate company, JumpStart Moving. I called them and requested that they pass along in advance to the workers my suggestion that they bring a blanket to put over a dresser going upstairs and my STRONG request and suggestion that the workers bring a dolly because one of the furniture items was VERY heavy. JumpStart Moving did NOT pass along that request/suggestion to the workers, resulting in the workers having to run out to buy a dolly partway through the job.
