These guys were very efficient, friendly, and quick. I only requested two, but three showed up anyways. They had the whole job done in 45 minutes, and there was a whole single apartment’s worth of stuff to haul up three flights of narrow stairs. Everything was intact and they were really courteous.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that they were about two hours late. It sounds like it was through no fault of their own (an earlier client’s job was way more involved and long than was told to them), but I just wish they had been a bit more communicative about that. I did get a returned call very quickly after I reached out, but a heads up beforehand would have been nice. It’s also worth noting that my move in date was on the busiest moving day in greater Boston for the whole year.
Overall I’d recommend them. The only constructive feedback I have is to communicate with their clients if they’re running behind.
