The two movers themselves were good, friendly and efficient. That said, I wouldn’t use the company again. We arranged for three hours, but they only needed two hours—be aware that the company will not adjust the amount charged if less time is needed. They suggested instead (after it was too late and the movers were gone) that I have the movers do other jobs around the house for the extra hour, which would be awkward, in my opinion. Next time, I will be sure to find out ahead of time how a company handles a situation like this.

I don’t know where to begin…they arrived on time, they asked a couple of questions on where stuff was. They got right to work. They never took a break, knocked every time they needed to enter the residence. In this day in age it is unfortunately hard to find such kind, considerate, and respectful young men!!! It honestly made my heart smile! There names were Matt and Naz! They were so professional and respectful of everything!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and already have!!! I would especially recommend Matt and Naz!!! Thank you for making this stressful situation non stressful!

Two great dudes, really worked there butts off and finished within two hours. Super friendly, real pros with everything handles with care. Showed up with the dollys I requested and worked with a smile. I highly recommend these guys, I hope the guys in Richmond are as professional and hard working as these guys.
